This policy explains the information EachTask uses to provide the mobile app and how you can ask questions or request account deletion.

Information you provide
When you create an account, EachTask receives your email address and authentication information. The app stores content you choose to create, including Hats, tasks, subtasks, notes, focus-session history, settings, and an optional profile image.
How information is used
EachTask uses this information to authenticate you, sync your data across supported sessions, provide app features, protect the service, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. EachTask does not sell your personal information.
Service providers
EachTask uses service providers to operate the beta, including Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, and Expo services for mobile build and beta distribution workflows. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Security and separation
EachTask uses account-based access controls intended to keep one user’s records separate from another user’s records. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and protect access to your email account.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and comply with legal obligations for the service. To request account or data deletion, use the support page. Identity verification may be required.
Children
EachTask is not directed to children under 13, and the service is not intended to knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
This policy may change as the beta and its supporting services evolve. Material changes will be posted on the EachTask website with a new effective date.
